Description

W.T.Kirkman Lanterns is Proud to offer Authentic Replica Passenger Car Center Lamps, including this masterpiece, the Adams & Westlake Model #207.

These lamps were replicated for a museum local to us.  The Pacific Southwest Railroad Museum at the time was restoring the Rockdale, Sandow & Southern Railroad Passenger Car #3, a Rare Combine Passenger car built by the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1886.  Very Little was known as to exactly what lamps were in the car, but the footprint of the missing lamps were known.  By searching through our vintage trade catalogs, we discovered this lamp which we believe to be the lamps likely used in the original construction of the car.

These lamps can also be ordered with L.E.D.s in the smoke jack that shine down and make the lamp appear as through it was lit.  We also offer electronic modules to flicker the line voltage to the light bulbs to further the burning lamp effect.

If the Oil Burning option is selected, A Plume & Atwood Dual #2 Burner will be used, a vintage burner produced specifically for railroad use.

These lamps are made to order, and are nearly entirely produced in the U.S.  All Assembly is completed in our factory in San Diego County.
